Via chat, SMS or phone: direct communication with your cleaner. Just use our new chat function and tell your cleaner where they can locate the key to your apartment or what you’d like done during the appointment.

Manage your bookings using your online account. You can change your appointments or adapt a reservation online. With an insight into your cleaner’s calendar, you can consistently make sure that appointments suit both of your schedules.

The evaluation system is based on three criteria: quality, reliability, and Friendliness. Leave feedback for your cleaner directly in your online account - this review serves as a reference for other customers.
